Does the cost include delivery?
Due to the size and weight of blinds, we do need to charge for shipping. We want to be as transparent with our shipping costs as possible, so please give us a call to discuss delivery options.

How long will it take for my blind to be made? To arrive?
Depending on your order, our normal lead times for non-shaped blinds are between 7-14 days.

Do your these blinds have any visible cords?
Yes, due to the nature of the blind and to avoid ‘sagging’ semi-transparent nylon and specialist cords are used. Some companies may produce these blinds with a reduced number of cords however in time the blind may ‘sag’ and not function correctly.

What are the fabric options these blinds are available in?
We offer blackout and dimout cellular fabrics, in a range of colours.

Can these blind be fitted externally?
Due to the nature of the product and the electrical elements we do not recommend that this or any of our products are fitted externally or in high moisture environments.

What do you mean by Cellular?
Cellular refers to the ‘Honeycomb’ structure of the fabric used on these blinds. The unique design gives the blind enhanced thermal efficiencies as opposed to a roller blind fabric.

How long will the battery life roughly last on these blinds?
With normal operation (up + down) once per day, we anticipate on an average sized blind say at 2m x 2m should get circa 9-12 months of usage before a re-charge is required.

Can we get the rail profiles in different colours?
Yes, we offer the rail profile in either a white or anthracite grey. Bespoke options may be available from our powder coating facility, please contact us for further information.

Are these good for screening?
Our roller blind fabrics are available in a dimout material which allows a proportion of light to ‘seep’ through whilst also retaining its privacy benefits.

What power options are available?
We offer battery, mains and solar-powered options for our rollers blind systems.

What is the widest size you can manufacture these in?
We can produce our rollers up to 3m in width and 4.5m in drop subject to fabric.

Do these blinds connect straight to a Smart Device or Home Automation System?
To connect to a smart device, you will require a smart hub or specialised relay / transmitter equipment if connecting to a home automation system.

Yes we specialise in these types of windows and can cater for most shaped windows.
