What are your current leadtimes?

Lead times vary based on your order. Standard (non-shaped) blinds typically take 7-14 days, while shaped blinds have a lead time of approximately 3-4 weeks.

Do your skylight blinds have any visible cords?

To maintain the integrity of the blind and prevent sagging, we use semi-transparent nylon and specialist cords. While some companies may opt for no cords, this may lead to drooping over time and impact the blind’s functionality.

What are the fabric options these blinds are available in?

We offer both Dimout and Blackout cellular fabrics in a variety of colors. Download our Finishes Brochure or visit the Fabric section on our website to explore the full range.

Can these blind be fitted externally?

Due to the nature of the product and the electrical elements we do not recommend that this or any of our products are fitted externally or in high moisture environments.

Are these good for bedrooms?

An ideal solution for bedrooms, our blackout fabric minimises light intrusion, creating the perfect room-darkening ambiance.

What power options are available?

We offer a rechargeable battery option, along with our MagnoPort easy charge system. For mains power, you can choose between a plug-in adapter or a transformer. We also provide solar-powered solutions for our blind systems.

What is the widest size you can manufacture these in?

We can manufacture our SonaApex shaped blinds in widths of up to 3 meters and drops of up to 5 meters, depending on specific size requirements.

What do you mean by "cellular" fabric?

"Cellular" refers to the **honeycomb structure** of the fabric used in these blinds. This unique design provides **enhanced thermal efficiency** compared to traditional single-pleated fabrics.

How long will the battery life roughly last on these blinds?

With standard daily operation (one up and down cycle), an average-sized 2m x 2m blind is expected to last approximately six months before requiring a recharge.

Can we get the hardware in bespoke colours?

We offer our hardware in a range of premium fine finishes, including White (RAL 9016), Grey (RAL 7040), Anthracite (RAL 7016), and Black (RAL 9005). Bespoke colors may also be available through our powder coating facility—contact us for more details.
